day 12-random act of kindness

i like to do random acts of kindness. and it's been a long time that i have really been around strangers to even have the opportunity to do so. today was my orientation for waitressing gig. one of the other trainees doesn't have a car. so when it was time to go and i saw that she was about to call her cousin i asked her where she lived. she didn't live far from the restaurant at all so i offered to take her home. and i am glad i did. she would have had to wait an hour for her cousin to get off work and then come get her. and the girl was very pleasant and thankful yet surprised by the offer. so for the rest of the week of training i am going to offer her a ride home.
