Last year I wrote a list of things to remember, culled from my experiences from the prior year. I really enjoyed creating reminders from experiences from the year, so I've decided to do it again.
1. Stay open-hearted.
2. Be in motion. STAY in motion.
3. Dust off the piano daily.
4. Do, gleefully.
5. Yoga is a secret source of energy.
6. Letting go creates more heart-space.
7. Do not take things personally. See the bigger—divine—picture.
8. Choose and decide from a place of FAITH, not fear.
9. Trust yourself.
10. Be intentional, be in the present, NOW.
